REFUNDS & RETURNS
While we want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase from Harmony’s, effective immediately, we have suspended our return or exchange policy. We are unable to accept/approve return, exchange, and/or refund requests at this time. Unless otherwise authorized by one of the business owners due to an extenuating circumstance.
To submit a request, clearly detailing a “verifiable” extenuating circumstance please email us at email@example.com.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
For items that arrive damaged or defective (or if you receive an incorrect order), please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include a detailed explanation of what is wrong with the item(s) you received and to the best of your knowledge what happened. ALL DAMAGED ITEMS and ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING so we may process a claim please be prepared to provide photos of the damaged or defective items, all sides of the box, and packaging.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL and UPS GROUND DELIVERY
All items in an order will ship together (unless otherwise indicated).
No delivery times are guaranteed.
Standard flat-rate shipping (via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground) averages 3-5 business days in transit. This does not include the time for fulfillment (2-7 business days) nor the shipping day/delivery day. Please note: these estimated times do not include the possible business days for fulfillment of your order. But, we will always do our best to craft, pack, and ship your order as efficiently as possible! Most items ordered are handcrafted per your design instructions. So please be patient while our artists are carefully crafting your creation to look exactly as how you imagined it to look. FREE In-Store Pickup
In-Store Pickup at 455 25th St, Studio #38, Ogden, UT, 84401 - located Inside The Monarch, is available. If you are You will receive a confirmation when your order is available for pickup. SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US
Harmony’s Unique Creations LLC is currently unable to ship outside of the US at this time due to complications from COVID-19. We love you, our International customers, and we hope to be able to send you gifts again soon!
